Using Nicolock polymer joint stabilizing sand will strengthen the joints and prevent weeds or grass seedlings from taking root. (Application instructions should be followed)

What should be used for Deicing?
Although the density of Nicolock Paving Stones makes them resistant to salt damage, other elements of the installation or surrounding vegetation could be subject to damage. To avoid this possibility, a potassium chloride should be used. This will provide traction, as well as deicing.
